Arthur, referred to as the “Artist of Entertainment”, takes great pride in his work.  He is passionate about what makes people happy and devotes his talents to making that happen. Arthur better known as “Dino” was born in Baltimore and graduated from Poly Technical Institute, class of 1977.  In the late 70’s and 80’s he was known as Baltimore’s number one disc jockey and produced the first dance mix show in 1979 with WWIN radio.  He established the Greater Baltimore Record Pool, a music marketing company with more than 50 DJ’s promoting dance music in the Mid-Atlantic region.  
He then married his high-school sweetheart in 1986, Annette March and joined the March Family businesses.  Well known to the entertainment industry, he managed Paramount Limousine and catered to many celebrities and artist.  Always excelling in leadership, he co-founded the Maryland Limousine Association in 1988, and was President for five years for 43 other limousine companies.  Today, Arthur is Manager and Vice President of Maryland Service & Leasing, Inc., one of the largest fleets in funeral service on the East coast.  Most recently, Arthur began producing memorial videos for the family company and like his love for music; he has mastered the art of video memorials in the Eastern region.
Arthur “Dino” is an active member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Baltimore City.  He served as Chairman of the Leadership Team and advocated Sacred Heart of Glyndon to sister with St. Ann to share in outreach and resources and help sustain this urban parish.  Serving both parishes, he served as Vice President of Sacred Heart of Glyndon Parish Board and chaired the Sacred Heart Golf Tournament for nine years, raising over $20 thousand per year for the children’s tuition assistance program.  He also Co-chairs the Golf Tournament for the Friends of Poly Western Alumni Association to benefit Poly/ Western High Schools.
Since 2003, a member of the Knights of Columbus, Arthur has been Warden, Deputy Grand Knight and Grand Knight in 2008-09 and former trustee and member of the Maryland KFC 4th degree team.  Always jovial and a love for kids, Dino plays Santa Clause for organizations and annually organizes Easter egg hunts as a Knight of Columbus.
Arthur “Dino” married for 29 years, has four children and three grandchildren.
