Mr. Keith Garner is a 1977 Graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute who holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Morgan State University. Currently a Pollution Control Analyst for the City of Baltimore's Office of Asset Management, he has over 31 years of experience in the Public Works industry. Mr. Garner is currently the President of the Alumni Association of Lincoln University's Baltimore Metro Alumni Chapter. A 1978 initiate of Kappa Alpha Psi, he is also a current Board Member for The Star of The East Society. His passion both for the bond and to serve has led to him becoming one of the Charter Members of the Towson Catonsville Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi where he serves on various committees advancing and supporting activities of the youth and young adults. Mr. Garner would be best described as a public servant with a passion and dedication for the youths' continued advancement in becoming productive members in society who will make a difference in not only their own lives, but also in their communities and the world at large.
