Kim Blaney Bivings is a 1976 graduate of Western High School. She is a 1981 graduate of The Lincoln University, Pa. with a B.S. degree in Public Affairs and English. Kim is a Transition Coordinator at University of District of Columbia, Community College, Workforce Development Lifelong Learning Program. She is a Diamond Life Member, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.; Life Member, The Lincoln University, (PA) Alumni Association- 2009 Founder’s Day Award Honoree for Outstanding Commitment to the University’s Legacy - 2011 Award Recipient Alumni Association Outstanding Dedication to the Alumni Association; Northern Regional Director of Alumni Association of The Lincoln University; Board Member of African Art Museum, Columbia, MD.
